About Us

The National Science and Technology Fair 2025 is held under the theme “SCIENCE IN ACTION! FOR SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES.” Amid rapid global changes, technological advancements, and diverse social challenges, “sustainability” has become a vital shared goal — with science at its core. Staying ahead of the curve, artificial intelligence (AI) is now driving every dimension of society, becoming a key engine of scientific and technological transformation worldwide. The fair aims to encourage active participation in building a science-literate society, enhance the nation’s potential, and prepare young people and the general public for the changes of the future.

The event will be held from August 9–17, 2025, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Building 5–6, LG Floor. Schools, students, and the public are welcome to attend free of charge.

Quantum Quest

Step into the Quantum Realm: an exhibition that brings the mind-bending world of quantum physics to life! Discover the tiny universe hidden inside atoms and explore the strange behavior of particles that has sparked some of the greatest scientific breakthroughs of our time. From Quantum Technology 1.0, which is already part of our everyday lives, to the exciting innovations that will shape the future, this exhibition isn’t about complex theories, it’s about sparking your curiosity and showing how quantum science connects to the world around you. The quantum future is coming and we’ll all be part of it.

Brain: Inside Out

Explore the incredible world of the human brain, the ultimate control center of life and the essence of who we are. This exhibition unlocks the mysteries behind the brain’s remarkable abilities and its role in shaping our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Take a journey through every stage of life, from infancy and childhood to adolescence, adulthood, and aging. Discover how the brain develops, learns, adapts, and naturally changes over time. Experience interactive exhibits that reveal how our brain influences our body and emotions, along with practical tips for enhancing brain potential and maintaining long-term brain health.

Mystery of Svalbard

Step into a long, icy tunnel that leads to a secure chamber where seeds from every corner of the globe are carefully preserved for the future of life on Earth. Your mission: find your country’s seed collection and study the seed care manual. These tiny treasures hold the power to restore life and renew hope for generations to come.

Little Inventor

เปิดประสบการณ์จริงสู่ Step into a playful factory designed just for young innovators bursting with ideas. Here, kids can explore, create, and build their skills through fun, hands-on activities that mix imagination with real science and engineering. This is where curiosity meets creativity, turning everyday play into unforgettable learning experiences that inspire the inventors of tomorrow.

Walking Astronomy Museum: Astro Xplore

A groundbreaking digital exhibition merges astronomy and Extended Reality (XR) technology which is transforming a virtual museum into an interactive journey through the cosmos. Explore the vast universe with captivating scientific content blended seamlessly with entertainment.

Science Lab

A space for science competitions and youth project showcases, operated by The Science Society of Thailand Under the Patronage of His Majesty the King. This inspiring venue promotes scientific knowledge and encourages the continuous development of skills and creativity among young minds and empowering the next generation of innovators.

Science Lab #1 Black Cat Quantum Blink

Have fun with cutting-edge experiments, explore basic electronic components, and discover the concept of quantum technology by building a blinking light circuit (Astable Multivibrator). Practice using transistors, resistors, and capacitors while developing engineering skills and systematic thinking. Create your own “Meow Eyes” for a black cat you design yourself!

Science Lab #2 Hot Seeds Therapy

Explore natural healing and wellness through traditional remedies, and discover the health benefits of medicinal plants and holistic therapy.

Science Lab #3 The Beauty of Fabric

Learn how natural dye compounds produce color and explore how mordant solutions affect color shades and adhesion. Try cold-dyeing techniques and tie-dye folding methods to create imaginative patterns. This hands-on activity fosters creativity and inspires the application of science in daily life, promoting life-long learning.

Science Lab #4 Creative Clay Time

Explore scientific principles related to material properties such as moisture, pressure, drying, and hardening through making keychains from Japanese clay, a safe, biodegradable, and eco-friendly material. Under the theme “Science in Action for Sustainable Community,” this activity emphasizes hands-on learning through the integration of science, art, and creativity (STEAM Education).
